We are recruiting a Guest Expereience Manager for a 4 Stars Hotel located in Mallorca. The functions of the person who join, will be:

  • Ensure excellence in service by all the Guest Experience team, ensuring a personalized service and follow up of requests.
  • Manage the daily operations of the department, ensuring optimal organization and planning.
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards by the entire team, specially post Covid-19.
  • Train and develop the team, ensuring continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Manage all customer incidents.
  • Actively collaborate with front desk and housekeeping departments.


  • Previous experience in a similar position in a large volume hotel.
  • High customer orientation and excellence in service.
  • Proactive, dynamic and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Languages: Spanish, English and German.
