We are recruiting a Guest Expereience Manager for a 4 Stars Hotel located in Mallorca. The functions of the person who join, will be:
- Ensure excellence in service by all the Guest Experience team, ensuring a personalized service and follow up of requests.
- Manage the daily operations of the department, ensuring optimal organization and planning.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards by the entire team, specially post Covid-19.
- Train and develop the team, ensuring continuous improvement and professional development.
- Manage all customer incidents.
- Actively collaborate with front desk and housekeeping departments.
- Previous experience in a similar position in a large volume hotel.
- High customer orientation and excellence in service.
- Proactive, dynamic and enthusiastic attitude.
- Languages: Spanish, English and German.
