For a 4* Hotel located in the province of Gerona we are recruiting a Hotel manager, whose main responsibilities will be:
- Manage the Hotel’s income statement, continuously monitoring the costs and income of each department.
- Direct sales strategies to support the promotion and marketing of the Hotel.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures, guaranteeing excellence in customer service.
- Promote customer loyalty, reinforcing follow-up actions during their stay and post-stay.
- Guarantee the online reputation of the Hotel and its positioning in the different portals and social networks.
- Lead the team, ensuring their professional development and continuous training.
- Previous experience in management of vacation hotels, providing a high orientation to excellence in customer service.
- Orientation to results and management by objectives.
- Global and strategic vision.
- Languages: English and French at a professional level.
