We are recruiting a Sous Chef for a 5* Hotel located in Ibiza. The person who joins, at the hands of the Executive Chef, will be responsible for leading the gastronomic offer of the Hotel and managing the daily operations of the kitchen, both in the Buffet services (breakfast) and in the bars and à la carte restaurants , guaranteeing the highest quality and excellence by the entire kitchen team.
Immediate incorporation, discontinuous permanent contract (summer season) and accommodation on the island (shared flat) are offered.
- The profile that we need to incorporate is that of a person with previous experience in 5* Hotels, with initiative and proactivity.
- Trainer profile and with communication skills.
