Description

Four Star Hotel located in Mallorca, is recruiting a Sous Chef whose main functions will be:

  • Support to the Executive Chef in the management and daily operations of the kitchen department, coordinating each of the items in each restaurant of the Hotel, ensuring the quality of the product offered.
  • Ensure excellence in customer service by the entire show cooking kitchen team.
  • Demand and ensure compliance with the recipes, the correct labeling of the products handled and processed as well as the correct location in the different raw material chambers.
  • Ensure the executions and effectiveness of cleaning plans.
  • Integrate and ensure the rules and measures of APPCC.
  • Make inventories and adjust the ratios.
  • Support in the creation of new gastronomic proposals.

Profile

  • Previous experience in a similar position in high volume hotels with buffet and a la carte service.
  • Dynamic, proactive person with great leadership capacity.
